Welcome to Webelancer. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Additionally, when using our services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Services Provided
Webelancer provides digital services including but not limited to:
- Website Design & Development
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Graphic Design & Branding
- Mobile App Development
- Content Writing & Strategy
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information required for project completion
- Timely review and approval of deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Ensuring you have rights to any content, images, or materials provided to us
- Making payments as per the agreed schedule
- Communicating changes or feedback within the revision period
4. Payment Terms
All projects require a 50% advance payment before work commences. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final delivery. For ongoing monthly services, payment is due at the beginning of each month. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all design and development work created specifically for your project becomes your property. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio unless a specific confidentiality agreement is signed. All third-party resources (fonts, stock images, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses.
6. Revisions & Changes
Each project package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Major changes to project scope after commencement may require a revised quote and timeline.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We may sign a formal NDA upon request.
8. Limitation of Liability
Webelancer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. In case of termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date. The 50% advance is non-refundable if work has commenced.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
