Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Once work has commenced on a project, the advance payment is generally non-refundable as it covers the time and resources already invested.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • We fail to deliver the agreed scope of work within the contracted timeline without a valid reason
  • Technical issues on our end prevent project completion
  • You cancel the project before any work has started
  • Duplicate payments

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued for:

  • Projects where significant work has been completed
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective design preferences after approvals
  • Delays caused by client-side (late content, approvals, feedback)
  • Change of mind after project commencement
  • Third-party costs (domain, hosting, plugins, stock images)

4. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at support@webelancer.in with your project details. We will respond within 3 business days with an assessment.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Dispute Resolution

We encourage open communication to resolve any dissatisfaction. Please reach out to us before initiating any payment dispute, as we are committed to finding a fair solution.
